The Earth before the Flood: Disappeared continents and civilizations

Valakhilyas belonged to the lowest deities and sometimes were included in a class of siddhas. They represented wise dwarfs (having sizes with an arm thumb, according to "Vishnu Purana"), general number of which amount 60 thousand. 11 hymns of the eighth book of the "Rig Veda" have been related to the name of valakhilyas.
Valakhilyas were capable to fly more fast, than birds. According one myths, they lived in the Himalayas, on others - on the Sun where they fed by sun rays and were guards of the solar chariot.
Valakhilyas were honoured for the cleanness and virtue.
